By accessing or using the Website, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Definitions

• “We”/“Us”/“Our” refers to RubyZen, a UK-based electronics e-commerce business.

• “You”/“Customer”/“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

• “Products” refers to any electronics, accessories, or related items offered on the Website.

• By using the Service, you warrant that you will comply with all applicable UK and international laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Creating an account is optional but recommended to track Orders and speed up checkout.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Orders

• We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing Products (including images, specifications, pricing, and availability). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free, complete, or current.

4.2 Placing an Order

• To place an Order, select your desired Product(s), add them to your shopping cart, and complete checkout by providing payment details and a valid delivery address.

• After you submit an Order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your Order; it simply confirms that we have received your request.

4.3 Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

• Your Order is an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

• A binding Contract between you and RubyZen is formed only when we send you a second email confirming that your Order has been accepted and the Products are dispatched, or when we ship the Products, whichever occurs first.

4.4 Availability

• Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a Product in your Order becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and either (a) cancel that line item and refund you for it, or (b) offer you a substitute of comparable value, subject to your approval.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate, unless otherwise indicated.

• Delivery charges and other fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

5.2 Payment Methods

• We accept payment by major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

• Payment must be received in full before we ship any Products. If payment authorization fails or your payment is otherwise not charged, we may not be able to fulfill your Order.

5.3 Taxes

• All applicable VAT and duties are included in the displayed price. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, customs or local taxes, and related fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to UK addresses (and certain international locations—see our Shipping Policy for details).

• Estimated delivery times (e.g., 2–5 business days within the UK) are provided at checkout. These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

• Title and risk of loss for the goods pass to you once the carrier picks up the Products from our warehouse.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Our Refund Policy is published separately on its own page (see “/refund-policy”). That Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our Service, you also agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Vouchers

• From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or gift vouchers. These offers are subject to additional terms (e.g., expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts). Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

• Any promotional code or voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, etc.) is the property of RubyZen or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
